So, my mom often had to haul my siblings around for sports, friend hangouts, etc. I had social anxiety so I stayed home all the time. At the time i was a teenager, so i was still sort of immature. At this particular day, my whole family decided to go to the park, graciously letting me stay home. I locked myself in my room once I heard they were gone. I kid you not, ten minutes later, I hear my door unlock.
No one was home yet, as I hadn’t heard the garage open. I checked the door to make sure it wasn’t just a random noise or anything, but no, it was UNLOCKED. I read a lot of horror stories back then, so I started feeling paranoid. I searched the whole house, but I couldn’t find anybody or anything. I soon forgot about it.
Fast forward two years later. I was babysitting my siblings while my parents were out, and I’m just getting to bed myself. I kept my blinds open a crack to let a bit of light. I had insomnia, so it’s about midnight, and I roll over, facing the window.
I swear, I saw an eye.
I don’t care what anybody says, I SAW an eye. No other facial features or anything, just a black shape of a head with a big eye. It looked like a rogue shadow. I started up, and the head ducked out of sight. I flung the blinds out of the way, panicking, but it was nowhere. I slammed the blinds closed, locked the door, and ducked under the covers like a little kid. I felt paranoid the whole night, and I still sometimes feel like I’m being watched today.
When I was studying nursing, I went to my warden’s house to get the phone permission for my birthday. I was accompanied by my best friend and we were walking back to our hostel. Usually, I enjoy the clouds during the night and I was looking up to admire that and my friend was talking nonstop about my birthday celebrations. Fortunately, I looked to my hostel building and I found one guy was hanging on a pipeline and taking pictures or videos of people who were bathing inside. My first instinct was to be vigilant and inform my warden and they could call the director and help through the phone. I pointed my friend to be quiet and ran back to our warden’s house believing my friend was following me. But she was shocked to see the guy on 4 th floor building and she started to cry so loud that the guy heard that. Meanwhile, I reached the warden’s house and explained everything and she was calling all help that she could get. At that moment, I realized my friend was not with me, I took courage and went back to her and she was ice cold and she had no voice, she told me that she saw him clearly and he looked at her and stood there and her voice was not coming out because of the panic attack. After that day, our college patrolling increased but still they didn’t give us an emergency phone
